B&S Site Development, a fast-growing leader in large-parcel site development, seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate planning and field execution across multiple projects. You will work with field managers and a project manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, visiting sites and maintaining alignment with plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with field coordination and safety procedures (OSHA 10/30).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and monitor project budgets and forecasts.
• Track schedule milestones, production rates, and quality metrics.
• Document and report progress through logs and formal updates.
• Coordinate with field personnel to align plans and execution.
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Support project scheduling updates and critical-path analysis.
• Assist with quality control and compliance to specifications.
• Review construction plans and communicate changes to field teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues with the project manager and leadership.
