Job summary

Artportunity Knocks Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to direct a program site’s staff, operations, and development activities on a part-time, in-person basis.

The role requires leadership experience, school-age program exposure, and the ability to manage schedules and logistics. As a 1099 contractor for after-school programming, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise staff, ensure safety and policy compliance, and coordinate with school personnel and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles with staff and operations.
• Previous experience working with school-age children in group settings.
• Minimum of 3 years in management or supervisory positions.
• Ability to plan staff schedules and coordinate logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct a program site’s staff and operations.
• Maintain positive communications with school personnel, students, and parents.
• Manage program budget and submit purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Organize and conduct staff training and development activities.
• Enforce AK policies and safety/ethics protocols at the site.
• Prepare and submit required reports to the Programs & Operations Director.
