Job summary

Player Academy of Excellence (PLAE) seeks an energetic Middle School Site Coordinator to lead the after-school OST program. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and drive literacy, SEL, mentorship, and sports activities for grades 6–8, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

This in-person role runs after school until 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday programming, and requires collaboration with school leadership, families, and community partners to promote student engagement and

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or higher required.
• Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience working directly with children and/or adolescents (after-school/summer program or high school setting preferred).
• Proficiency with administrative systems, program data tracking, and payroll platforms (e.g. Rippling).
• Required state and local background clearances for working with youth must be completed prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program logistics across classrooms, cafeteria, and gym.
• Supervise snack program and after-school sessions.
• Coordinate field trips and on-site vendor activities.
• Maintain program data in required tracking systems and ensure policy compliance.
