Job summary

Arc After School & Experiential Education is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead after-school programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with school partners. This role focuses on engaging students, supporting academic and social development, and ensuring safe, inclusive programming.

You will report to the Regional Manager, manage staff scheduling, provide training, and monitor program quality across multiple sites. A strong communicator with bilingual abilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations and administrative skills.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Strong communication with kids, parents, school admins and teachers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with school administration and parents to support program success.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety and compliance.
