Arc Experience in Southern California is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to support the Site Coordinator, supervise students after school, and ensure a safe, engaging environment. You will help plan activities, coordinate sign-ins, track attendance, and attend trainings while developing leadership skills and growing within our program.

Requirements include 2 years in after-school programs, strong communication with kids and parents, 48+ college credits or a proficiency exam, TB test and

Competenze

• 2+ years in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Ability to communicate with kids and parents.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist the Site Coordinator by acting as the second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Establish and enforce rules to promote positive behavior.
• Coordinate and lead enrichment activities and clubs.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings to stay updated on best practices in childcare and program management.
