Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a site-based construction professional for a Phoenix, Arizona project. You will coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, manage daily reporting, QA/QC, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

You will oversee subcontractors, keep the project on schedule, prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports, and assist the Project Construction Manager. Travel is 100% for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including project scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, adherence to drawings and specifications, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure work is safe, meets quality standards, and aligns with project drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule; escalate potential delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and approval, serving as official project records.
• Take progress photographs of construction events and label/identify each photograph.

Education
