Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a skilled construction professional to join our Phoenix project team. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and the project schedule.

You will prepare daily and quality inspection reports, capture progress photographs, and support monthly progress reporting. Travel is 100% to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality per drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as project records.
• Provide progress photographs and label them appropriately.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest drawings are used.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records per document control standards.

Education
