Responsibilities include ensuring drawings and specifications are followed, preparing progress and quality reports, and maintaining thorough on-site records. The position requires travel and collaboration with the Project Manager and client teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field ops experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction/field ops experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, QC, drawings/spec adherence, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with project drawings and specs.
• Maintain schedule adherence; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and project records approval.
• Take progress photos, label them, and ensure proper documentation of construction events.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used on site.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Provide clear, professional correspondence with project management and clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + nine years experience in construction/field ops

Associate degree + six years experience in construction/field ops

Bachelor’s degree + three years experience in construction management/related discipline
