Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is looking for a site operations professional to coordinate field activities on a Phoenix, AZ project. You will support scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and adherence to drawings and specifications.

You will oversee subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, maintain project records, and assist the Project Construction Manager with monthly progress reports. Travel is 100% and prior CM/engineering experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant CM/engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with the construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Track project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Maintain on-site documentation per the company standards.
