Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a site-focused construction professional for our Phoenix project. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and schedule adherence on-site.

Based at the project site in Phoenix, Arizona, you will produce daily and quality reports, take progress photos, and support the Project Construction Manager. Travel is extensive, with a 100% travel requirement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety and quality per drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photos, label them, and assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions for construction.
