Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label each photograph for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawings revision is used.
• Provide contract extras and progress payments preparation with the Project Manager.
• Maintain proper correspondence with project management and clients to handle issues clearly and professionally.
• Maintain on-site records and align with quality policy and work instructions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years of construction/field operations experience

Associate degree + 6 years of construction/field operations experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience (Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
