Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a qualified construction professional to join our Phoenix, Arizona project team. The role focuses on coordinating field operations, daily reporting, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

You will oversee subcontractors, manage project drawings, prepare progress reports, and maintain on-site records while collaborating with the Project Construction Manager. This position requires 100% travel to the project site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with site construction lead, scheduling, daily reports, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
