Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations professional to join our active project site in Phoenix, Arizona. You will coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, manage daily reporting, and oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with project drawings and specifications.

You will maintain on-site records, prepare inspection reports, and support monthly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have construction or field operations experience with the stated education level.
• Education credentials must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience requirements: HS+9 years, Associate+6 years, Bachelor+3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with site construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.
