Job summary

You will oversee subcontractors, prepare official project records, and assist in monthly progress reporting, while maintaining current design revisions and professional client communication. 100% travel required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field ops experience.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of construction/field ops experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in construction management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports and assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Maintain up-to-date design drawings and project records; communicate professionally with management and clients.
