Job summary

Stantec's Tallahassee office has an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager, Site / Civil Engineering. You will manage a range of projects including site development, municipal utilities, parks and trails, and federal facilities.

The position may be based in Tallahassee, Orlando, or Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will lead civil/site engineering across the project delivery lifecycle, with strong design skills, client interaction, and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE licensure required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil/site engineering design experience.
• Experience in land development and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery and supervise staff.
• Lead and coordinate proposals, contracts, and project management.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and sub-consultants.
• Professional engineering design and project oversight including QA/QC.
• Infrequent travel for meetings and supporting teams in other offices.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.
