Job summary

Stantec in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Project Manager - Site/Civil Engineering to lead design and delivery of civil/site projects while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a background in civil/site engineering, extensive project management experience, and a Florida P.E. license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in civil/site or land development engineering and project management.
• Florida P.E. license required; licensure preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and lead project success across private and public sector developments.
• Lead design and delivery of civil/site engineering work including grading, drainage, roadways, and utilities.
• Prepare scopes/fee Proposals with clients and sub-consultants.
• Supervise construction phase services, including field inspections and final certifications.
• Manage progress, budgets, staffing, and communications with clients.
