Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Site/Civil Engineering in the Tampa, FL area to lead the design and delivery of civil/site projects. You will manage client relationships, oversee multi-discipline teams, and drive successful project outcomes from concept through construction across private and public sector developments.

The role requires a strong background in civil/site engineering, leadership, and business development, with exposure to marketing, client interaction, and QA/QC

Qualifications

• Requires a track record of successful civil/site or land development projects in a leadership role.
• Experience with private/public sector projects across office, retail, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and oversee project success across multiple developments.
• Lead coordination with clients, team members, sub-consultants, and prepare detailed scope/fee proposals.
• Direct civil engineering design including layout, grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and erosion control.
