Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Site/Civil Engineering in Florida. The role focuses on land development projects in Tallahassee, with opportunities to lead design and coordinate client interactions.

You will work with AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS and related tools, coordinating with teams to deliver site, grading, drainage and utility plans while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years of Civil Engineering/site design experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Florida or able to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop site design through sketches, models, diagrams and visuals.
• Use AutoCAD Civil3D to create site, utility and grading plans.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in client project meetings and manage project scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate preparation of project specifications with construction documents.
• Perform calculations using standard software and conduct constructability reviews.
• Ensure QA/QC on projects and manage multiple projects concurrently.
