Job summary

Stantec’s Tallahassee office seeks a Project Manager, Site / Civil Engineering to manage site development, municipal utilities, parks and trails, and federal facilities. Projects may be based in Tallahassee, Orlando, or Jacksonville, FL, with hybrid office requirements.

The candidate will guide civil/site engineering efforts, engage with marketing and client interaction, and oversee design and delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• PM and business development experience to nurture clients and grow multi-discipline opportunities.
• Effective verbal and written communication with project teams and clients.
• Capability with AutoCAD / Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam is desirable.
• Efficient management of multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery and direct supervision of professional and technical staff.
• Lead, coordinate, and delegate proposals, contracts, administration and project management.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and sub-consultants.
• Provide professional engineering design and project oversight including QA/QC.
• Occasional travel to support other offices.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.
