Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a Site Care Coordinator to optimize client and provider scheduling and act as the primary point of contact for families. This on-site role emphasizes coordinating care across clinical, operational, and shared services to ensure timely services and a cohesive site culture.

Responsibilities include guiding patients through care pathways, managing cancellations and rescheduling, and collaborating with leadership to align scheduling with provider capacity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in a client services related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through care pathways efficiently and monitor progress.
• Serve as point of contact for families and streamline communication.
• Keep families informed about wait times for services.
• Create scheduling plans maximizing provider capacity and aligning with client needs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate scheduling into care plans.
• Provide scheduling support for Schools-related contracts and VBC clients.
• Collaborate with on-site leadership to resolve scheduling concerns promptly.
