Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Site Care Coordinator to join our growing multi-disciplinary team in Dedham, MA. The role focuses on optimizing client and provider scheduling to improve service delivery and operational efficiency, while serving as the main contact for families and guiding them through the Cortica journey with on-site presence.

Qualifications

4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
2+ years in a client services role.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Guide patients through care pathways efficiently, monitoring progress and addressing delays.
Serve as the point of contact for families, streamlining communication and guiding them through Cortica journey.
Create scheduling plans that maximize provider utilization and align with client needs.
Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate scheduling strategies into broader care plans.
Provide scheduling support for contract scheduling processes, including Schools-related contracts and VBC clients.
