Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Site Care Coordinator to optimize scheduling and coordinate care across multi-disciplinary teams. You will act as a consistent point of contact for families, guiding them through their Cortica journey and keeping them informed about wait times for services.

The role emphasizes on-site presence to manage scheduling processes, address concerns promptly, and collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to ensure efficient scheduling aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in client services related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate patient care by guiding care pathways, monitoring progress and addressing delays.
• Create scheduling plans and support contract scheduling for Schools and VBC clients.
• Collaborate with on-site leadership and clinical teams to assign and manage cases.
• Utilize scheduling tools and monitor KPIs to optimize scheduling practices.
