Cortica is seeking a full-time Site Care Coordinator to optimize client and provider scheduling and be the on-site point of contact for families in Torrance, CA. You will coordinate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless scheduling, efficient care delivery, and strong family communication.

The role requires 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA or related fields, 2+ years in client services, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Guide patients through care pathways and monitor progress to identify delays.
Serve as primary contact for families, streamline communication, and guide them through the Cortica journey.
Keep families informed about wait times for services.
Create scheduling plans that maximize provider utilization while meeting client needs.
Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate scheduling strategies into care plans.
Provide scheduling support for contract scheduling processes, including Schools-related contracts and Value-Based Care clients.
Efficiently handle cancellations and provider call-outs by arranging alternate coverage or rescheduling.
Manage PTO requests to avoid disrupting service delivery and forecast gaps.
Manage waitlists to place clients into available slots promptly.
