Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Site Care Coordinator to join our growing multidisciplinary team in San Rafael, CA. You will optimize client and provider scheduling, serve as a consistent point of contact for families, and work with site leadership to deliver high-quality, coordinated care on-site.

This role focuses on reducing delays, coordinating with clinical and operational teams, managing cancellations and rescheduling, and ensuring timely communication across Salesforce and other scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in client services related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and provider scheduling to minimize delays and cancellations.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for families, guiding them through the Cortica journey.
• Collaborate with site leadership and clinical teams to integrate scheduling into care plans.
• Record interactions in Salesforce and communicate via phone, email, and SMS.
• Manage wait lists and respond to scheduling changes promptly to ensure service continuity.
