Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (PT: Afternoon) to ensure security and smooth operations on customer construction sites in Sullivan, IN. In-person work at local sites is required with some travel nationwide; shift-based hours will vary to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and long hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow detailed English SOPs and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: manage access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for accurate headcounts.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
