Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication
• Willingness to work shift-based schedules

• Worker Registration & Badging on site
• Parking, visitors, and deliveries management
• Provide support for access control and troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation and headcount records
• Ad hoc access control tasks as needed
