Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for morning part-time shifts in Ohio. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries at one or more Sitemetric sites, providing frontline support to customers and workers.

Travel may be required, with flexible hours to align with project schedules. Working with senior leadership, you will help maintain security standards and uphold site operations across construction sites, while taking on ad hoc access control

Qualifications

Ability to obtain required licensing
Ability to pass drug screen, background check
2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English

Responsibilities

Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and maintain headcount records
Badging Compliance: verify badges and screen entrants
Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking areas
Visitor & Delivery Management: log visitors and deliveries with written records
Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and tech troubleshooting
Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs
