Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part-Time, Afternoon) for site operations in Sprigg Township, OH. You will manage worker registration, badges, parking, and visitor logistics while providing front-line support and problem-solving on customer construction sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Monitor access control and verify identities at the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are issued and scanned for headcount accuracy.
• Parking Management: Provide passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support customers for one-time and ongoing access control needs.
