Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (FT: Day) to join our field operations in Frederick, MD. You will manage worker registrations, badges, parking, and visitor logistics while supporting site security and overall customer experience on construction sites.

The role requires on-site work across the local area with occasional travel; shift-based hours are expected and flexibility is essential to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts maintained.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document entries and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, tech issues, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with special access control tasks.
