Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part-Time, Afternoon) in Ohio to join our field operations. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery workflows on customer construction sites, coordinating with leadership to ensure safety and smooth operations.

The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility with shift-based schedules. Some travel across the United States may be required; strong English communication and SOP adherence are

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOP’s) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are properly scanned.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes to appropriate personnel and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document all visitors and deliveries, creating written documentation for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support including troubleshooting and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks for customers.
