Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field-based team in the Frederick area. This part-time Afternoon shift role focuses on worker registration, badging, and site access control to ensure safety and smooth site operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to follow SOPs in English. The position requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric sites, with potential travel.

Formación

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Manage parking passes and compliance across designated areas.
• Document visitors and deliveries; maintain logs for the customer.
• Provide worker registration, badging, and tech troubleshooting support.
• Support customers and Sitemetric team on access control needs.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities as needed.
