Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for morning shifts to join the Site Operations team in Trenton, OH. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking management, and visitor logistics across customer construction sites. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned and identities verified.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, create written records for customers.
• Customer & Worker Support: Assist with access control tasks and tech troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
