Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (PT: Day) to support on-site operations at customer construction sites in Ohio. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management to ensure security and smooth access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive approach to taking on responsibility to serve customers and team

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance on site
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for customers
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks as needed
