Job summary

Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer in Irving, TX to manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries at one or more sites. The role is field-based with shift flexibility and requires in-person work.

You will collaborate with leadership to uphold site security, assist with ad hoc access control tasks, and ensure a smooth, safe experience for customers and workers. Competitive hourly pay, weekly payroll, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and irregular hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records for customers.
• Parking Management: provide and monitor parking passes.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support for one-time and ongoing access control needs.
