Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Learning Lab Manager to coordinate and support clinical learning labs across programs. You will work with faculty and campus leaders to ensure quality CSLOs and proper integration of simulation standards.

The role requires an MSN, active RN license, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with a preference for 2 years in teaching in clinical labs or simulation settings. Strong collaboration skills and instructional acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN licensure in applicable state.
• MS in Nursing required; CHSE preferred when eligible.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; 2 years teaching in clinical lab/simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the operation of the clinical learning laboratory to provide standardized experiences.
• Assist faculty and students with lab equipment, supplies, and lesson plans.
• Help prepare labs based on course requirements for clinical learning labs.
• May substitute for faculty in laboratory sessions as needed.
• Coordinate training on equipment with campus leadership and clinical staff.
• Oversee maintenance of lab equipment and inventory in collaboration with leaders.
• Manage lab scheduling for classes, open labs, simulations, and exams.
• Support standardized orientation and training for lab faculty and technicians.
