Galen College of Nursing seeks a Clinical Learning Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical education for nursing students, coordinating outcomes, data, and site partnerships. You will work with campus leadership to ensure quality delivery of clinical experiences and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• MSN degree or in progress with 2+ years in clinical education.
• Nursing background with knowledge of clinical sites and objectives.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills to collect and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and report clinical experience data to support evaluation and planning.
• Attend campus committee meetings and support governance activities.
• Ensure clinical quality through quarterly site walkthroughs with faculty and sites.
• Support faculty with student concerns and evaluations, under DCL oversight.
• Map course outcomes to unit experiences and maintain clinical agency partnerships.
