Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Learning Lab Manager to coordinate clinical learning laboratories and ensure CSLO achievement across programs. You will work with faculty, campus leaders, and college clinical leaders to integrate standardized CLL plans and CPE procedures.

The role requires RN licensure, an MS in Nursing, and experience in clinical labs or simulations. You will mentor CLL staff and oversee lab inventory and training aligned with HSSOBP.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Licensure: RN in applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution; CHSE preferred when eligible.
• Minimum of three years RN clinical experience; two years teaching in clinical lab or simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the operation of the clinical learning laboratory to provide standardized learning experiences.
• Assist faculty and students with lab equipment, supplies, and standardized lesson plans.
• Assist faculty and staff with lab preparation based on course requirements for the clinical learning labs.
• May serve as faculty substitute in the facilitation of laboratory sessions as needed.
• Collaborates with campus leadership and college clinical leaders to obtain and provide training on equipment and supplies to be utilized in the clinical learning laboratory.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance of equipment and supplies for learning labs, including third-party coordination.
