Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Learning Lab Manager in Pooler, GA to coordinate and support clinical learning lab experiences for learners. You will collaborate with faculty and campus leaders to ensure quality outcomes and integrate simulation standards for effective teaching.

The role requires an MSN, RN licensure, and 3+ years RN clinical experience with 2+ years teaching in lab or simulation; strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience; 2 years teaching in clinical lab or simulation preferred.
• Familiar with simulation models and laboratory operations; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the clinical learning laboratory to provide standardized learning experiences.
• Assist faculty and students with lab equipment use and standardized lesson plans.
• Prepare labs based on course requirements and staff as needed.
• Oversee hiring, training, and mentoring of CLL faculty and technicians.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with campus leaders and third parties.
