Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is hiring a Clinical Learning Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical education operations for nursing students. You will manage onboarding, compliance, and quality monitoring under the Director of Clinical Learning, ensuring effective clinical site relationships and program alignment.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, an MSN in progress, and at least two years of clinical education experience, with strong organizational and communication skills driving program success.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN licensure in applicable state.
• MSN degree or in progress with at least two years in clinical education.
• Experience with nursing education objectives and clinical sites.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Academic nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and report clinical experience data to support evaluation and planning.
• Assist with faculty resolutions and evaluations of adjunct faculty.
• Ensure students and faculty are oriented to clinical experiences and compliant with requirements.
• Implement college-wide initiatives and policy updates regarding clinical learning.
• Maintain clinical affiliation agreements and ensure regulatory compliance.
