Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Signature Success Plan Sales Executive to drive adoption and revenue for the Telco, Media, and Technology team across enterprise accounts. You will position and sell Signature Success Plan offerings, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to close high-value opportunities.

The role emphasizes target attainment, YoY Signature revenue growth, and strong stakeholder engagement with a flexible office-based work arrangement and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full cycle sales experience
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Demonstrated self-starting and influence without authority
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.
• Build, manage and progress Signature Success pipeline in line with targets.
• Daily update of the Salesforce system with accurate data.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Team, Marketing, Sales Ops, Pricing, Legal, Product Management and Delivery to resolve issues.
• Travel up to 20%
