Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced Salesforce Success Plan salesperson to join our Financial Services team in San Francisco. This role focuses on positioning and selling the Signature Success Plan to our customers, prioritizing target attainment and YoY Signature revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will scope opportunities, present tailored value propositions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and outcomes. Travel up to 20% is required.

Formación

• 10+ years in full cycle sales, 5+ years in Commercial/Enterprise sales.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to start initiatives, take calculated risks and influence without authority.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of growing accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.
• Build, manage and progress Signature Success pipeline in line with targets.
• Daily update of Salesforce with accurate customer and pipeline data.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
• Support on Signature opportunities including pricing, value propositions, and deal activity to drive ACV.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review territories and expand coverage of Signature Success plans.
• Evangelize Signature Success internally and externally as a subject matter expert.
• Coordinate with Account Team, Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal, Product Mgmt, and Delivery to resolve sales issues.
• Travel up to 20%.
