Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to support high-speed memory interfaces and power delivery networks across our product portfolio.

You will work with silicon, package, and system teams, using modeling, simulation, measurements, and AI-enabled workflows to evaluate performance and drive improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous analysis, and documentation across研发 stages, with opportunities to contribute to standards and future technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant SI/PI/high-speed design experience or internships.
• Knowledge of SI/PI concepts, transmission lines, and high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with electrical simulation, modeling, or measurements.
• Programming/scripting experience (Python, MATLAB).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience applying AI-enabled workflows to engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support SI/PI analysis for high-speed memory interfaces and power nets through modeling and measurement.
• Collaborate with silicon, package, product, and validation teams to ensure electrical performance.
• Develop and evaluate die, package, PCB, and system-level models to identify risks.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Contribute to methodology development, standards exploration, and documentation.
