Job summary

You will analyze SI/PI, perform time- and frequency-domain simulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, and HBM. The role requires 5 years of SI/PI experience, familiarity with Keysight ADS, SPICE, and EM/PDN modeling, plus a track record of using AI/ML

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SI and PI modeling and analysis.
• Deep understanding of SI/PI, electromagnetic and transmission line theory, I/O design.
• Experience in circuit simulation such as Keysight ADS and Synopsys HSPICE.
• Use AI/ML/LLM for productivity or efficiency

Responsibilities

• Analyze SI for 2.5D/3D interposers, including S-parameters, eye diagrams and jitter.
• Perform mask-based timing analysis using time-domain simulations (SPICE, ADS).
• Support PI/PDN modeling and transient response analysis.
• Model electromagnetic behavior of signal/power delivery channels (PCB, Package, Interposers).
• Automate sign-off processes and coordinate with EDA suppliers to improve tools.
