• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed by IDFPR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association.
• Commitment to continuing education regarding the care of acute stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates with patients, family, caregivers, teachers and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology.
• Develops and implements a setting-appropriate plan of care with measurable goals and collaborates with patients and others.
• Interprets and synthesizes information to develop a treatment plan and recommendations.
