Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Milwaukee is seeking a Shuttle Operations support role to assist in the day-to-day management at the location, ensuring operations stay within contractual guidelines and maintaining a professional image. You will help with client relations and rapid response to requests.

Responsibilities include supporting shift coverage, reporting incidents, assisting with maintenance tasks, and maintaining knowledge of routes and safety procedures to support a reliable, compliant shuttle

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• A DOT Medical Card is required.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Oral and written communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Report any accidents, safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Complete other duties as needed.
