Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• At least one year supervisory experience; DOT shuttle ops experience a plus.
• CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement may be required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Knowledge of transportation and DOT regulations desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of locations.
• Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers, and shuttle operations.
• Ensure proper customer interaction and closing reports.
• Monitor revenue control procedures.
• Assist with revenue data entry and daily reports.
• Compile and interpret daily operation reports.
