Job summary

SP+ Corporation in San Diego, CA, is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor for a DOT shuttle operation. You will oversee maintenance schedules, assign and supervise work, and ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, coordinating cleaning and repair projects, and ensuring compliance with EPA and local regulations. CDL with passenger endorsement may be required; Medical Card needed. Flexible shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance/operations in transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement if operating shuttle buses with 15+ passengers.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance schedules with the on-site manager; assign, perform and supervise the work.
• Oversee daily maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair, including painting.
