Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior shuttle or dispatched transportation operations experience preferred.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license with up-to-date address and clean driving record.
• Ability to read/write/speak English and present information clearly.
• Basic math for hours-based calculations and scheduling.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform daily.

Responsibilities

• Support safe shuttle operations through scheduling and shift management.
• Schedule vehicles/drivers for fixed routes and cover open shifts on short notice.
• Operate with basic office equipment and MS Word/Excel.
• Greet and assist customers and employees; escalate to Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with monthly driver meetings and training; know service area well.
• Support Facility Managers with additional duties as needed.
