Job summary

SP+ is seeking a maintenance operations supervisor for a DOT shuttle operation in West Lafayette, Indiana. You will oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules, assign and supervise work, and ensure timely completion with quality standards.

The role requires a CDL (Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement as needed), a current DOT Medical Card, and flexibility for second or weekend shifts. Prior supervisory experience in transportation and proficiency with Word and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement as required by DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• Prior supervisory/management experience in a transportation environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules and assign work to staff.
• Supervise daily maintenance operations to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure standards are met and compliance with safety policies.
• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and local environmental regulations where applicable.
