Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Shuttle Operations Assistant in Milwaukee, WI, to help manage day-to-day shuttle activities within contract guidelines. You will interface with clients, assist drivers, and support safety and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and a DOT Medical Card. Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be needed; you will contribute to excellent customer service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; written communication: reads and writes clearly.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds and the ability to sit, stand, walk as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report any accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of shuttle operation area and routes.
• Complete other duties as needed.
